- Click on (Appointments) icon.
Create a New Appointment
- Click on (Book New Appointment).
- Select clinic type.
- Select hospital.
- Select clinic.
- Click on (Continue)
Select Appointment
- Choose the desired date.
- Choose the desired time.
Confirm Appointment booking.
- Review appointment details
- Ensure the appointment details are correct.
- Click on (Confirm).
Receive Confirmation
- Receive an appointment confirmation message.

Access the Service
- Open Malafi application
- Select (Open Medical File) Service.
Login and Verification
- Enter National ID or Iqama Number.
- Log in through Nafath.
- Verify identity.
Enter Information
- Confirm the information.
- Enter contact information.
- Enter Personal Information.
- Confirm that all entered information is correct.
- Confirm the general treatment consent.
Confirm the Request
- Review all information.
- Click Confirm / Submit Request.
Receive Confirmation
- A confirmation message indicating successful submission of the request will be displayed.
- Wait for approval and processing of the application.

Analyze Medical Documents
- Analyze document content using Artificial Intelligence.
- Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract important clinical elements.
- Identify observations or indicators to improve documentation.
Improve Medical Documentation
- Review the completeness of clinical documentation.
- Suggest improvements or clarifications to physicians and healthcare providers when there is a deficiency or ambiguity.
- Update documentation as needed.
Review and Approve Coding
- Proposing appropriate medical codes
- Reviewing the proposed codes by the medical coder
- Approving the correct codes according to the approved standards
