Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs in the Eastern Region held an honoring ceremony to honor the employee of the year at King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al Ahsa and Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Hospital in Dammam for the tenth consecutive year in the presence of Chief Operating Officer of MNG-HA, Mr. Abdullah Al Amari.
Mr. Al Amari said: "we celebrate in occasion to rewards employees for their outstanding efforts and encourage them to further increase their productivity at work. He explained that the MNGHA is keen to conduct and implement programs which aim to develop a healthy work environment.
The Deputy Executive Director of Administrative Affairs in MNGHA, Mr. Abdulaziz Al Awad pointed out that the employee of the year deserves to win this award, moreover, the continuity of this competition, is a clear evidence of its success and effectiveness.
For his part, Regional Executive Director of MNGHA, Eastern Region, Dr. Ahmed Arfaj said that once the employee get recognition in a healthy work environment he will be more productive and innovative, noting that there is a specialized committee for this award to conduct personal interviews and accurate selections according to professional procedures.
Mr. Abdullah Al-Amari announced the winners who are: Ms. Rosette Rochelle, Medical Technician at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Hospital in Dammam who started to work since 2005, and Ms. Harlyn Equiza Gayol, administrative assistant at King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al-Ahsa who started to work since 2010.
