Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Hospital of the Ministry of National Guard's Health Affairs in Madinah celebrated the International Safety Week for this year, "Safety Awareness Campaign 2022" the event was held by the Safety and Risk Management Department utilizing an integrated awareness exhibition in the main entrance of the hospital, which included more than 11 specialized awareness booth aiming to promote a safe and risk-free environment and improve the awareness of workers, patients, and visitors.
The Executive Director of Operations, Mr. Mansour Bin Nasser Al Askar, announced the launching of the campaign, which will last for two days, by cutting the opening tape, accompanied by Dr. Yousef Al Alawi, Chairman of the Internal Medicine Department, who was representing the Executive Office of Medical Services with the presence of Mr. Salah Al Harbi, Acting Deputy Executive Director, Operations for Support Services & Dr. Sahal Khoshhal, Acting Deputy Executive Director, Operations for Allied Health and several departments heads.
The attendees toured the exhibition while representatives of the participating departments explained the educational services provided by their booths. At the end of the tour, the Executive Director of Operations, Mr. Mansour Al Askar, expressed his appreciation to the departments participating in the campaign.
Further, the supervisor of the Safety and Risk Management Department, Mr. Samer Sharqawi, expressed his gratitude and thanked the guests of the event for their visit and his appreciation for the usual support that Safety & Risk Management Department receives at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Hospital, which resulted in the current compliance to the highest international safety standards at all aspects about patients, visitors and hospital staff, which made the hospital environment an ideal and safe environment.
