English Text Message Reminder for Outpatient Appointments 

Information Services & Informatics Division (ISID) is pleased to announce the launching of English Text Message Reminder (one day and five days prior to appointment date) for Outpatient Appointments for non-Arabic speaking patients, which will be effective for all NGHA Sites.
This service is expected to enhance patient care and reduce No Show rates in OPD, hence, it is required to update your mobile number in patient registration to receive SMS reminder for your appointments.
