The Call Center is dedicated to receiving callers for book appointments, and it aims to improve and better manage the services provided and facilitate the booking process for the patients.

Appointments will be booked directly by calling a day before your appointment.
Appointments Booking Call Center features:
Booking an appointment without the need to be physically there.
Reducing the waiting time and organizing the booking process.
Measuring and improving the performance quality.
Improving the level of the patients provided, in addition to documenting and auditing the procedure.
