One of the largest conferences in the Middle East, it attracts nearly 800 attendees with a group of international speakers to discuss topics such as:
Getting the right information in studying breast tissues.
Molecular classification of breast cancer and its clinical importance
How to handle positive sentinel nodes?
Certified recommendations of various methods of breast irradiation in its early stages.
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death in women worldwide, Studies showed that most patients are between the ages of 45-50. This disease is usually diagnosed in its second and third stages in more than 50% cases.
A predictive study showed that the breast cancer rates could increase to 350% with mortality increasing to 160% in the next ten years.
The Annual International Breast Cancer Conference seeks to work educate Saudi women and encourage them perform breast exams and to be aware of early warning signs to increase recovery chances and reduce death rates.
