Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death in women worldwide, Studies showed that most patients are between the ages of 45-50. This disease is usually diagnosed in its second and third stages in more than 50% cases.
A predictive study showed that the breast cancer rates could increase to 350% with mortality increasing to 160% in the next ten years.
The Annual International Breast Cancer Conference seeks to work educate Saudi women and encourage them perform breast exams and to be aware of early warning signs to increase recovery chances and reduce death rates.
