Held for the 13th year in a row and covered the latest medical developments
The Department of Cardiology at King AbdulAziz Hospital Al-Ahsa held the 13th Annual Conference on Cardiovascular Diseases, with the presence of a large number of consultants, specialists, and health practitioners. Regional Executive Director of the Ministry of National Guard – Health Affairs in the Eastern Region Dr. Ahmed Alarfj said:” The conference, which is held annually, has a lot of interest from participants, who are keen to participate in order to get more accurate medical information in this area".
"This activity is part of a continuous series of programs and events organized by the Ministry of National Guard- Health Affairs, in order to achieve the highest levels of medical service, which enable us to serve the patient properly”.
Dr. Al Arfaj also explained that "this year's conference covered the latest medical developments in the field of Cardiology with the participation of 15 speakers from King Abdulaziz Hospital and Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.
For his part, the Conference Chairman, Dr. AbdulJabour said: "the conference has succeeded in achieving its goals and strategies, and attracted well-known speakers specialized in heart disease”.
He explained that "the conference covered the latest findings of modern medical studies in this area, and research papers were presented by consultants from King Abdulaziz Hospital and King Fahd Medical Complex and Prince Sultan Cardiac Center in Al Ahsa”. Additionally, workshops were included to train doctors on the latest methods of treatment and diagnosis.
