In an annual academic medical initiative, King Faisal Cardiac Center is organizing the annual scientific conference of the latest developments in cardiovascular diseases, which will include the fifth annual echocardiography course and the first electrocardiography and electrophysiology course.
Dr. Jamilah Al-Rahimi/ Acting Chairman of King Faisal Cardiac Center - director of the organizing committee, indicated that the conference will be held for three consecutive days from 6-8 February of the year 2020 AD at the Lecture Hall in King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Jeddah Branch. It includes elite specialists in various fields of the heart from different health sector in the kingdom. In the presence of More than 21 consultants of cardiology of various fine specialties gathered to discuss more than 25 scientific papers and highlight modern technologies and advanced experiences in the field of heart health that are in line with international recommendations and guidelines in addition to exchanging experiences the participating cardiologist for the updates in the field of cardiology.
Dr. Atif Al-Qabbani/ consultant electrophysiologist - director of the scientific committee, explained that the scientific program that combines the latest updates in the field of cardiovascular care, and highlights the advanced technology used in the diagnosis of heart disease and the use of the latest types Cardiac imaging in diagnosing and treating heart diseases, in addition to devoting a full day to the first annual the ECG and electrophysiology course.
Dr. Atif Al Zahrani/ consultant cardiology - cardiac imaging and the co- director of the scientific committee, also indicate that the conference will discuss how to diagnose and treat complex heart diseases which include stable and critical coronary artery disease, heart failure cases, heart valve diseases, heart diseases during pregnancy and electrophysiological diseases of the heart, During the presentation of models and satisfactory cases of daily reality in more than 20 credit hours.
