We are proud to announce that with the start of this academic year (2010/2011-1431/1432) King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Science has added a new College of Medicine in its Jeddah branch to help meet the increasing demand of applicants in this region. The College of Medicine-Jeddah (COM-J) has now officially opened its doors to its first batch of students.
We are housed within the King Abdulaziz Medical City in Jeddah. We have adapted an innovated approach to education known as Problem Based Learning (PBL).
Our mission is to prepare students in the arts and science of medicine in an academic setting that fosters excellence in education, research and compassionate patient care. Our vision is to be recognized as an institution of excellence, utilizing advanced concepts of best evidence-based medical education to attract the best students and faculty.
