His Royal Highness Prince Mitib bin Abdullah, Minister of National Guard will sponsor the Saudi Emergency Medicine Assembly (SEMA 2015) which will be hosted by the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs and King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. The assembly will be held for 3 days starting from 10 February 2015 in the Convention Center at KSAU-HS - Riyadh.

During three days, the assembly will address the latest updates in the field of Emergency Medicine, in collaboration with number of elite international speakers and the participation of leading specialists in this field both locally and regionally.

HE Dr. Bandar Al Knway, CEO of MNG-HA and President of KSAU-HS, extended his gratitude towards HRH Prince Mitib, Minister of National Guard, for his sponsorship and constant interests in  improving healthcare provided.

On the other hand, Dr. Abdulmohsen Alsaawi, chairman of the Scientific Committee, Section head of Urgent Care Center and Observation Unit, explained that the assembly will included  seven interactive workshops, over 40 keynotes and presentations on the hottest topics in emergency medicine, and the opportunity to network with other professionals in this field."

He added that the theme of the assembly for this year will be (Making a difference), which will highlight the latest research in the field of Emergency Medicine, also the methods to improve Emergency Medical Services will be discussed on a local level, and the range of collaboration between regional and global cooperation.

It is worth mentioning that the SEMA will be accredited with 22 CME Hours by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
