The National Guard Health Affairs held the third annual celebration for honoring the employee of the year in the Eastern Province in both king Abdulaziz hospital - Al-Ahsa and Imam Abdulrahman Al-Faisal Hospital - Dammam
This annual celebration rewards employees for their outstanding efforts. Every month an employee is selected to be the employee of the month, which will then allow them to be in the yearly drawing for the employee of the year.
The CEO of the National Guard Health Affairs and the President of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences Dr. Bandar Al-Knawy encourages preparing such programs that aims to develop the health institute. He also congratulated the honored employees and wished them all the best.
The regional executive director for National Guard Health Affairs in the Eastern Province Dr. Ahmad Al Arfaj said that this honoring is conducted monthly in order to promote employees to work harder towards success and excel at their jobs.
The employee of the year from Imam Abdulrahman Al-Faisal hospital was Nasser Al-Zahrani from Utilities and Maintenance Department, and form King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al-Ahsa Issam Al-Dammour from the OR Nursing Department, both had been awarded by the Chief Operation Officer in National Guard Health Affairs Dr. Abdullah Al-Ammari.
