The National Guard Health Affairs will host the activities of the 1st Gulf Region American Association Gynecology Laparoscopy Meeting under the sponsorship of Dr. Bandar Al Knawy the CEO, NGHA the President of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences on Monday February 22, 2010 in Makarim Hall at Marriott Hotel in Riyadh.
Dr. Salah Moghraby - Scientific Program Chair - stated that the meeting will last a total of five days from Saturday to Wednesday. The meeting is organized by the Saudi National Guard Minimally Invasive Gynecological Group with the participation from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL). Many participants will join the meeting from Kingdom as well as internationally.
This is the first medical meeting of its kind in the region with significant participation from one of the largest global organizations in the field of laparoscopy and will include live broadcast for several operations to an audience in the Postgraduate Training Center in King Abdulaziz Medical City, Riyadh.
The activities will also include lectures, workshops and practical training for participants and physicians in gynecologic laparoscopy as well as an induction in the latest modern equipment used in this area.
