Organized by the MNG-HA
The MNG-HA will host the upcoming 2016 Head and Neck Oncology Conference as a part of the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS) activities which will be held from the 9th till the 11th of October 2016 in the KSAU-HS Convention Center, with the participation of international and local experts in the field of head and neck surgeries.
The conference will address the latest treatments and diagnosis of head and neck tumors and surgeries, in particular cancerous and hormonal tumors in addition to presenting a number of videos showcasing rare surgical procedures in this regard.
Moreover, the International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS) is a global organization established through cooperation of international and national physicians specialized in head and neck surgeries and oncology as well as memberships from national and regional multidisciplinary organizations, representing several countries. On this regard, two Saudi physicians working in the MNG-HA , represent the Gulf countries: , Dr. Saad Alshehri and Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ahmed.
Last but not least, internationally, this conference was held in various parts of the world, and this is its fourth edition where it was held in 2008,2010,2012. However, this upcoming conference is the first to be held in the middle east as it has met its objectives at the participation and scientific knowledge levels.
