Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Hospital in Al Madinah represented byPHC
Center concluded the Motivational Program on Thursday, the 12th of February 2015.
This event was held in collaboration with Al Amal Complex for Mental
Health, where the goal of the program, which included a range of courses, activities and
exhibitions that lasted for three days, was to raise the level of motivation among all health
staff from doctors, technicians and administrators. In addition, the program aimed to increase
the level of self-confidence as well as correct the most common misbehaviors in the health
field.
The program, which was held at the PHC in the events’ tent, was commenced
with a specialized course in motivational techniques that included 13 lectures about motivation.
The motivation lectures were presented by a number of doctors
included Dr. Ahmed Hafiz, Director of Al Amal Complex for Mental Health in Medina, Dr. Osama
Abdulsalam, Dr. Baher Ismail, Dr. Ramadan Abdul Bar, Dr Abdullah Al Shangiti and Dr. Othman
Abdullah.
The speakers addressed several topics which included the definition
and history of motivation, types and techniques, both the general and personal motivation
methods and how to obtain its full benefit.
The motivation techniques training course concluded its lectures on how
to use the motivation to face the obstacles and become a leader.
Moreover, the motivational program included two exhibitions where the 1st
one addressed statics, achievements and talents while the 2nd addressed culture.. In addition,
the exhibition included workshops about motivation.
Furthermore, the motivational program was attended by a number of health
staff from all different health organizations in AlMadinah Al Munawwarah.
