The Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs, under the auspices of H.E. Chief Executive Officer of Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs, Dr. Bandar Al Knawy, hosted on Wednesday, the 27th of May 2015 the ISID 1st Annual Day. The event was held at the KSAU-HS – Convention Center at 09:00 am.
This year’s ISID Annual Day coincides with launching three major services to serve everyone at MNGHA from the medical to the administrative staff as well as the patients, these services are:
The HR Mobile Application where this service allows users to interact with vacations requests and purchase orders included under the employee account, through their mobiles anywhere anytime, and take the required action in a timely matter.
This will also allow the employees an access to their personal information, pay slip details, registered requests follow-up as well as allowing the users to perform some administrative tasks such as the Employment Certificate Verification application and the Travel Request application.
Moreover, the Enterprise Archiving and Correspondence Tracking Solution that provides a quick and an effective solution to manage and track internal and external transactions which contributes in increasing the productivity and completing the transactions in a timely manner, preventing data loss in addition to electronically archiving them to achieve a paperless environment for easy handling and retrieval in time of need.
And the fact that patient services is the objective, the development of medical information system for health affairs at the Ministry of National Guard and includes: e-Medical File, which in turn contributes to providing the best service to the patient in terms of accuracy and integration of patient registration data, appointments, nursing and pharmacy in addition to following up with the patient's health history and to provide statistical data. The Electronic system also contributes to minimizing medical errors through supporting the medical staff to make clinical/medical decisions in order to provide less risk medical care with alerts and do calculations systems, and so on.
