Dr. Bandar Al Knawy, Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs visited the Information Systems & Informatics Division (ISID) booth within Al Janadriah 30th festival. During his tour, the ISID team explained and demonstrated one of the division’s significant new services and how it contributed to the patients self-service. Services are portrayed through a touch screen, it enables users to complete a lot of medical services such as looking up appointments, viewing test results for Laboratory, and requesting medication refill. Furthermore, he was briefed about the new MNG-HA medical system (BESTCare), which is considered an evolution in the Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Dr. Al Knawy was accompanied by Dr. Saad Al Mohrij, Chief Medical Officer, and Mr. Abdullah Al Ammari, Chief Operating Officer in addition to a number of MNG-HA's personnel in operation, technical and medical sections.
Eng. Abdulaziz Al. Romaih, Executive Director of ISID valued this visit, while expressing his faith and trust in the future technical and technological projects that will offer several services to contribute in saving time, effort and cost, for both workers and patients and their families.
