King Abdulaziz Hospital in Al-Ahsa, Ministry of National Guard -Health Affairs in the Eastern Region has held the graduation ceremony for three resident doctors with the attendance of Dr. Ali Ahmad Al-Qarni, the Deputy Regional Executive Director at the National Guard Health Affairs - Al Ahsa on behalf of Dr. Ahmed Al Arfaj, Regional Executive Director of Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs , Eastern Region. The ceremony has received great number of medical, nursing and administrative staff from the hospital. During the ceremony, Dr. Al-Qarni has appraise the exerted efforts to lead the residents training toward success and the training quality.
Dr. Al Arfaj said: “ This ceremony is a celebration of those doctors and to wish them thriving future.”
He also added: “Ministry of National Guard -Health Affairs and King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences at Al-Ahsa are keen to provide the highest level of training for residents to prepare them to be consultants in their specializations. This will not achieve without providing several programs and activities that includes encourage conducting and publishing research.”
Dr. Al Arfaj pointed out that: “We are standing here to celebrate the graduation of three residents who have completed the scientific training program at the Department of Internal Medicine ”. He also added: “During their training, they have experienced working in an environment controlled by quality.”
Dr. Ahmed Al Arfaj has clarify that: “Conducting such ceremony annually has great impact in motivating the resident doctors and support them, as they are the future consultants, and great part of the outstanding medical mobility.”
