Out of Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Hospital’s interest in leading an effective and productive role in serving the national community, Executive Director of operations at PMBAH Dr. Mansour Al Othman has directed a team of specialized educator to conduct an awareness campaign about Middle East Respiratory Syndrome “Corona Virus” in all military and civilian sectors of National Guard Ministry in Al Madinah.
Therefore, the PMBAH team presented a number of educational lectures to National Guard staff which contributed in raising the level of health awareness for hundreds of National Guard’s staff who attended the lectures and participated strongly in the discussion.
The campaign began with a lecture presented at the King Fisal Major-General for Private Security’s auditorium which was honored by the attendance and the participation of the leader of King Fisal Major-General for Private Security the Major-General Mr. Fayhan Al Otaybi.
The campaign lectures included practical execution on how to use health preventive methods and equipment against corona virus and other types of viruses. They also included a visual presentation which demonstrates some of the bad social habits that can increase the chances of getting sick from corona and spreading the virus.
The awareness campaign targeted all Ministry of National Guard sectors in Al Madinah. Private lectures were presented to the staff of each sector such as: the National Guard branch in Al Madinah, the third division of direct support, the Narcotics Control division, the Military Police, the signal detachment, the Guidance Office, protocol and ceremonial and the computer department.
