NGHA Ethical Policies Awareness Campaign

Corporate Organizational Development (COD) under Internal Audit and Organizational Development is pleased to invite all employees to attend the NGHA Ethical Policies Awareness Campaign on Saturday, 02 March 2013, at Dr. Sameer Bin Huraib Auditorium.

First Session 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Clinicians and Patient Care Staff)

Second Session  01:30 pm - 03:30 pm (Administrative, Technical & Support Staff)

The awareness campaign includes lectures / presentations with the following objectives:

  1. Increase awareness and knowledge of employees regarding the content of certain policies to be presented.
  2. Identify areas in the policy that need to be improved or enhanced by gathering feedback / inputs from participants.
  3. Re-assess the existing policies in order to classify action plans required to improve the policy's effectiveness.

At the end of each lecture / presentation, you will be able to answer the following questions:

  • What is the code of conduct for my profession?
  • How do I avoid conflict of interest in my job?
  • What are the appropriate steps to deal with misconduct?
