Under the patronage of the Executive Director of Operations, Mr. Mansour bin Nasser Al-Askar and the presence of the Deputy Executive Director of Medical Services Dr. Tarek Khashoggi and Acting Associate Executive Director Mr. Sultan Al Khaibari; Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Hospital, National Guard’s Health Affairs in Madinah has celebrated the International Nursing Day, on Monday morning 24th of June 2019. A number of Department heads and nursing staff also attended the celebration.
The event was launched with the speech of Mr. Mansour Al Askar, Executive Director of Operations, commending the efforts of the hospital’s nursing staff, emphasizing on their role in achieving CBAHI accreditation and thanking them for their professional and ethical commitment. Mr. Al Askar also encouraged the nursing staff to keep excelling their duties assuring that nursing staff are the backbone of comprehensive and distinct healthcare.
Mr. Sultan Al Khaibari, the Acting Associate Executive Director, Nursing Services, has delivered a speech on behalf on the nursing staff, expressing their gratitude the usual support and continuous efforts of Operations and Medical Services Departments to meet their needs and to address any difficulties they may encounter in further upgrading the hospital's nursing services, stressing the distinctiveness of the surgical environment in the PMBAH in such a way that facilitates the provision of comprehensive nursing care services.
The ceremony was concluded by Nursing Services Department presenting Mr. Mansour Al Askar, Executive Director of Operation with a trophy in recognition of his supporting efforts, in addition to a series of commemorative photographs.
