Represented by Information Services Department; Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz hospital of the Ministry of National Guard’s Health Affairs launched the new service for Medical Coordination and Eligibility during the month of July. This service allows the patient to apply for medical eligibility by visiting the MNGHA’s E-Services and signing-in through ABSHER platform to facilitate the recovery of user’s private information, then choose the preferred city and submit the request; attachment of related medical documents if available is optional. Subsequently, a reference number will be provided along with a message that the status of the patient’s request will be updated either by acceptance or rejection.
At the end of the registration process, a survey will appear to inquire about the satisfaction rate regarding the provided service.
This service is a part of the Ministry of National Guard’s Health Affairs efforts to provide the best and to ensure the constant development of our services, as it facilitates the process of requesting eligibility services, which contributes to reducing the number of patients visiting the hospital.
