NGHA Executive Director of Logistics and Contracts Management, Mr. Fahad Al Buthi and the Regional Executive Director of National Guard Health Affairs - the Eastern Region Dr. Ahmed Al Arfaj opened 3024 square meters new warehouses in King Abdulaziz Hospital - Al Ahsa with the attendance of the hospital’s Departments’ Heads and directors.
In the opening ceremony speech, Mr. Al Buthi said: "This project is one of the major influential projects that would add a significant benefit to the hospital, the project took two years to be accomplished; standards of the construction have been taken into consideration, with an emphasis on the security, safety, and quality of the construction".
He explained "its strategic location within the medical city makes it convenient to respond to departments’ requests immediately and smoothly and to prevent high rents rates and remote sites". On the other hand, he thanked the Logistics Management Department in Al Ahsa for its great efforts in providing excellent work, and the company carried out this valuable project.
Director of Supply Department in Al-Ahsa Abdullah Al Anzi said, "This project came to reflect the extent service provided by the Department ", and he thanked the Executive Director of Supply and Contract Management Mr. Fahd Al Buthi to his continuous support, and follow-up and commitment to complete the project, also his Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Arfaj.
