His Royal Highness Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz , Minister of National Guard launched the 4th Patient Safety Forum hosted by National Guard Health Affairs and King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Science today, the 15th April 2014 and will last for 3 days with the participation of international and local experts and specialists. The forum is being held at KSAU-HS Convention Center.
H.E. Dr. Bandar Al Knawy, the CEO ofNational Guard Health Affairs and the President of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences pointed out that Prince Miteb’s sponsorship stems from his continues support for such occasions, which aim to improve medical and healthcare services for both the citizens and the patients.
Furthermore, His Excellency Dr.Al Knawy stressed out the importance of this event which will significantly cover important topics such as patient safety and performance improvement in all NGHA hospitals.
This year's forum is of great significance due to the large number of local and international speakers with extended experience in patient’s safety, risk prevention and patient safety culture in the medical field. The forum will also cover eight important topics as well as conduct eight workshops pertaining to securing a safe environment for the patient.
