H. E. the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs, and President of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Dr. Bandar Al Knawy, launched the newly established Physician Information Center (PIC) System on 19 April 2017.
The PIC System was spearheaded by the Medical Services – Administration, Central Region in collaboration with the Information System and Informatics Division (ISID). The new system (PIC) aims to provide accurate, integral and adequate information of physicians on a timely manner which will then be utilized as reference particular in determining the privileges of physicians in providing the best quality care to our valued patients in Central Regions KAMC-R (Main Hospital & KASCH), PHC, and Hemodialysis Centers.
The PIC is uploaded in the intranet for quick dissemination of important physicians’ information and for the authorized users to quickly access obligatory information.
