Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Hospital of National Guard’s Health Affairs launched the "Pioneers" initiative on Thursday the 13th of February 2020 under the kind patronage of Mr. Mansour Al Askar, Executive Director of Operations and Dr. Walid Al Yafi, Executive Director of Medical Services, with the presence of Dr. Ali Al Khathami, Exceutive Director Quality & Patient Safety Department under National Guard’s Health Affairs in addition to a number of Managers and Directors of operational departments.
This initiative is intended to improve the capabilities and competencies of the supervisors, managers and section heads of a variety of departments, in order to enable them to lead initiatives, improve their work areas and conduct continuous improvement projects for the quality of services provided to patients and employees. This comes in light of Vision of 2030 which aims to make our country an example of success and a pioneer in the world, at all levels.
At the end, Mr. Mansour Al Askar and Dr. Ali Al Khathami encouraged PMBAH’s staff to maintain the fundamentals of team work collaboration in order to achieve the initiatives goal and to serve the nation and patients with the utmost commitment.
