Social Services Department in King Abdulaziz Medical City, Ministry of National Guard – Health Affaires in collaboration with Bunyan Charitable Association organized the Handmade Items from Productive Families Festival during the period 28th, 29th and 30th of June in the visitors' entrance in the Surgery Tower.
The festival aims to support and encourage the low-income families who struggle economically in order to help them improve their income and support their self-reliance sources, which are made of not expensive materials but all have a distinctive art form with a unique character.
The program seeks to discover the talents of families and pave their way to move forward towards success. A number of families participated in the festival where they showcased their products, which have earned the visitors praise and appreciation. it was noted in the festival the active participation of all age groups in the families as well as attracting the employees different nationalities by showing national-themed products.
