Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital – AlMadinah (PMBAH) honored "Quality Heroes" who are a group of departments’ representatives participated extensively in providing their comments and reports through Quality System (SRS). In addition, this celebration aims to honor their contributions and encourage all the hospital’s employees to participate in improving health provided services.
Also, Executive Director of Medical Services, Dr. Walid Al Yafi and Deputy Executive Director of Operations, Mr. Mansour Al-Askar attended the ceremony which started with a welcoming opening speech delivered by Director of Quality Management, Dr. Mohammad Abed Rabboh, in which he explained the importance of departments representatives’ participation in improving provided services by the continuous interaction with Quality Management through the Electronic Quality System. Moreover, Dr. Mohammad reviewed statistics which illustrate the difference achieved by the efforts of participated departments’ representatives who have dealt with these communications fully professionally according to international standards followed by MNG-HA. Last but not least, winners of “Quality Heroes” title were honored by Quality Management Department.
