The Training and Development Department in Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal Hospital - Dammam organized the preparation course for the American Board in Quality Management, entitled "Quality Specialist in the Health Sector" for its employees. The was attended by a large number of employees who were interested in getting this privilege.
Regional Executive Director of Ministry of National Guard - Health Affairs in the Eastern Region, Dr. Ahmad Al Arfaj explained that "NGHA always consider its employee's development as a part of its vision to raise the level of functionality, which will reflect positively on the services provided to the patient.
He added: “This course is a part of a series of programs and events organized by the Training and Development Department and as a result, the NGHA has accomplished many achievements in the field of continuous training and development
The Director of Training and Development Department, Colonel Abdullah Snaidi said that "This course is one of many programs targeting the employees", he added "the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties has allocated 12 CEM hours for this course, which aims to enrich the quality management knowledge of the trainees in the health sectors."
