The Ministry of Health has just announced that all those coming from outside the Kingdom must adhere to the home quarantine for a period of 14 days. This applies to everyone who entered the country from the date of March 13 (Friday).
The Ministry of Health said, via Twitter, that the medical leave will be available on the (Sehati) application within the next two days.

The ministry added that the home quarantine is a measure to avoid infection with the new Coronavirus, stressing that everyone who arrived in the Kingdom from any country starting from the date of March 13, 2020, must be required to quarantine themselves at home for a period of 14 days from the date of entry.
The Ministry indicated that a medical leave will be granted for 14 days for each person from the date of entry and for additional inquiries to call their hotline number (937).
