The Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA) has launched the “Qudwah" program in collaboration with the Ministry of National Guard Development Program, as part of joint efforts aimed at building leaders capable of achieving transformation goals in the healthcare sector.
The program represents a model of institutional integration, featuring a comprehensive development journey designed to enhance leadership readiness, align with institutional transformation priorities, and improve performance efficiency across the Ministry's health system.
The "Qudwah" program spans four months and includes a range of developmental activities focused on capacity building and strengthening effective leadership practices, contributing to enhanced overall institutional performance.
