Safety Management and Support Services-CR organized the Safety Awareness Week at Main Hospital and KASCH which held on December 2016, with the theme “Safety is A Way of Life”. This annual event has been inaugurated by the Chief Operating Officer of the Ministry of National Guard- Health Affairs (MNG-HA) and Chairman of the Health Affairs Corporate Safety and Security Committee, Mr. Abdullah Al Ammari, and the Deputy Executive Director, Support Services, CR and Chairman of the Organizing Safety Awareness Week Committee-MNG-HA, Mr. Abdul Mohsin Bin Talib, have attended the opening ceremony together with executives, managers and staff members from a different departments.
Mr. Al Ammari emphasized building and promoting a culture of safety and a safe workplace to become a “High Reliability Organization” while Mr. Abdul Mohsin Bin Talib conveyed a message to all the participating staff at the hospital acknowledging their efforts and praising their teamwork spirit, and urged them to aspire to greater achievements in excellence.
The Safety Awareness Week Exhibition included a Safety Quiz, Spot Prizes; Spot the Hazard, and other activities.
