NGHA in collaboration with the Saudi Society for Liver Transplant are organizing the second Liver Diseases and Transplant Conference from the 19th till the 20th of February 2014 in the KSAU-HS Convention Center.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al- Jumah, a consultant, head of the Hepatobiliary Sciences and Liver Transplant Department and the Organizing Committee pointed out that the conference will have the participation of distinct speakers from France, Greece, Spain and the United States in addition to the participation of a number of expert local speakers Long known for their expertise in the treatment of liver diseases.
In addition, the conference will discuss a number of important issues, notably hepatitis B and C, autoimmune hepatitis, hepatocellular carcinoma, fatty liver disease, as well discussing treatment methods for liver tumors, the symptoms associated with liver cirrhosis, liver transplant and modern ways to utilize organ transplants.
The conference will be held for two days and accredited with 23 CME Hours by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS).
