In addition, these devices will help to speed up the delivery of radiation therapy doses to the patient in a record time of just 2 minutes when compared to previous devices that take from ten to fifteen minutes. This not only will reduce patient’s stress level but also help the medical team to treat a greater number of patients, reducing waiting time significantly. It will also enable taking X-ray computed tomography simultaneously with the radiation dose.
