Health Promotion Service Department in KAMC-Jeddah has organized the World Health Day with the slogan “Health for All” , which is considered an annual event that aims to spread awareness to all members of the community and to shed light on the health services available at King Abdulaziz Medical City in Jeddah. It was held in outpatient center in cooperation with different departments (Rehabilitation Department, Clinical Nutrition Department, Cardiac Center, Pharmacy Department, and Preventive Medicine in PHC, Dental Department, and psychiatry section).
The campaign goals was to raise the awareness of the community members about public health care, how to practice a healthy lifestyle, how to live with chronic diseases by raising health awareness, and promoting health awareness by the participating departments.
An awareness-raising day will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Mall of the Arabs in Jeddah from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. to educate all members of the society about public health care, how to live a healthy lifestyle and how to live with chronic diseases by raising health awareness.
