On Thursday 12th of November; The Primary Healthcare and Family Medicine Center in Madinah held a virtual celebration of the World’s Quality Day about customer value under the kind patronage of Dr. Turki Al Wasaidi, Executive Director of Medical Services. Attended on his behalf Dr. Hattan Esilan, Director of Quality and Patient Safety-PMBAH. The event was also attended by Dr. Ali Al Khathami Executive Director, Quality Development Department-MNGHA and Brig. Gen. Engr. Bassam Al Hazmi, Deputy Executive Director of Operations.
The event included presentations of development projects at Family Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy and Nursing departments. Awareness-raising lectures regarding the healthcare provider’s role to positively promote patients health were also presented utilizing Microsoft Teams application. SRS was initiated with a demonstration of its effectiveness to improve the health system by immediately reporting any errors and the following cause analysis in addition to risk management plans.
