Mr. Al Otaibi is responsible for providing the necessary support to the Chief Executive Officer in order to promote and streamline operational services within the organization, as well as raise the standards of the organization to reputable international levels.
Mr. Al Otaibi obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Management, Major in Accounting, from King Abdulaziz University in 1989, and his Master in Administrative Sciences, Major in Accounting from King Saud University in 1999. Prior to joining Minister of National Guard Health Affairs, he was with National Guard Headquarters, in a number of roles, for more than 20 years.
Mr. Al Otaibi joined Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs in 2008 as a Financial Controller in Internal Audit and Organizational Management, and in 2010 he was promoted to Associate Executive Director Management Accounts. Mr. Al Otaibi was appointed as Executive Director, Internal Audit and Organizational Development in October 2013, a position in which he has demonstrated his skills and commitment to our organization, and In February 2016, he was appointed as Executive Director, Financial Affairs, MNGHA.
