Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital – AlMadinah Launched the Electronic Medication Refill Service as a pioneer Kingdom wide and in the Arab world. The service will be provided through a mobile application or through visiting the site.
Pharmaceutical Care Services actually began to receive requests for the medication refill after a ceremony that was held to launch the service under the auspices of the Deputy Executive Director of Operations, PMBAH Mr. Mansour Al Askar, who commended the administration's efforts in its quest to provide such service, which saves the patients a lot of effort and time. Dr. Al Askar also explained that this service is a part of a comprehensive and integrated plan that aims to complete the transformation of patient care services to be smart electronic services that will distinguishes Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital – AlMadinah.
For his part, Acting Director of Pharmaceutical Care Services Dr. Sahl Khoshhal that the service in all its forms is available to all patients and visitors of Prince Mohammed Bin Abdul Aziz Hospital – AlMadinah, where all you have to do is download the application of patient services and then register to fully benefit from this app; where the patient can pick up his medication from the Outpatient clinic pharmacy during working hours as soon as he/she completes the on-line application .
