• Open a ticket using the MNGHA dedicated ticketing service system
• Complete the form to request VPN access.
• Provide an active mobile number where the requester can receive MFA via SMS to access the system.
• Ensure that the service applicant meets all the VPN access requirements.

• The requester should be an employee of the Ministry of National Guard Health Affair
• The requester applying for the service must have an active account linked to an active mobile number owned by the person making the request.
• Sharing the VPN account provided and/or misuse of the account is prohibited.
• The use of VPNs to engage in illegal activities such as hacking or unauthorized access to other computers is prohibited.
• The user must keep the password confidential and not be shared.​
