  • Click on the Create Sick Leave button to create a new request

  • Determine the start and end dates of sick leave

  • A page for sick leave details and uploading documents will appear, then

  • Click the Submit button to complete

  • The user must be an employee of the Health Affairs Program at the Ministry of National Guard

  • The user must have an account in the Oracle system used in health affairs

  • The employee must have an administrative hierarchy in the system

  • Enter the start date and end date of the leave

  • Attach the sick leave document
